Redmans services all makes and models of cars, within or outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Not only that, we also service vans and fleets, as well as offering pre MOT work and repairs. If you don't see your make or model on our website, then call for a quote on 01253 778969.
We use OE quality parts to protect your manufacturer warranty.
We are open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday we operate from 8:30am to 5.30pm and on Saturday we operate from 9am to 12.30pm. Call us on 01253 778969 to speak to an advisor during these hours. Yes. All our services come with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee.
When you book your Car Service or Car Repair with us, you only pay when you collect your car, after having your repairs or service carried out. Remember the price is ALWAYS the price you pay upon collection including the parts – however, this excludes any additional work agreed by yourself and the garage, not included in the service requested.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your car after collection, simply call the garage on the number provided on your invoice (or booking), and discuss the details with them. Our garage follow a code of conduct to ensure that customers are treated fairly, and any complaints are investigated and resolved immediately. If for whatever reason you are unable to resolve the matter with the garage directly, please email our Customer Service team on dave@redmansenginecentre.co.uk
